The State In Our Country South Africa

CarteBlanche
Today I am covering different stories in the News, but all interlink to the volatile situation in our Country.
Please click on CarteBlanche and watch part one and part two of the Cart Blanche covering material of  Marikana Mine. If you can not open this link go to my Facebook Page

How can our South African Police become the assailants while the miners armed with pagans, spears, cane knives and firearms be the victims ?!...
Also please pay attention to one of the miners licking the sharp long knife  he is carrying it with a threatening look on his face  !... He would not hesitate to use it.
Another fact brought to our attention on the interview was ,that ten miners were killed by other miners days before .  Did the world mention it? No!...Just like I have mentioned in my previous article concerning all our Police members killed in the past year.

Malema Ludicrous Debacle
TNA Reporter and SAPA
http://cnn.com/video/data/2.0/video/international/2012/09/11/exp-malema-south-africa-amanpour.cnn.html

Expelled ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema seemed bent on turning soldiers against the state, Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula said in an SABC radio interview broadcast on Wednesday morning."You can't just go on and on and on, and be going around mobilising funeral gatherings and agitating people to become ungovernable," she said. She was reacting to Malema's plans to address members of the SA National Defence Force in Lenasia, Johannesburg on Wednesday."What are the consequences? - I wish I knew. What I do know is that any responsible citizen in South Africa cannot associate him or herself with a person who wants to agitate and mobilise members of the SANDF against the state because they have concerns," said Mapisa-Nqakula

After reading the article above it is clear  Malema is trying to overthrow the Government, what amazes me is the President is doing nothing about it.
Do South Africans, and, I mean from all races and cultures. want to end up living in another Zimbabwe?!..

What is so scary is his mentality and stupidity , actually a total joke.
After CNN reporter played back the recording of him singing "kill the boer, kill the farmers" he has the audacity to tell her the translators did not translate the words correctly and she must fire them" !!?????!!
Does he really think South African English needs to be translated to American English?! eeeish!...

Now lets touch  on Sunday Tribune News
PG 7
Accuser's Name: Shiren Dewani
Profession: Very Wealthy
Killed:Annie Dewani
Shiren Dewani  the accused is still out on bail and using his mental health as an excuse not to be extradited to South Africa to  face the courts.
Maybe if you had not planned the killing  of your beautiful wife you would not be suffering from  depression!... As I said in my previous article concerning this same issue, you are not mentally unstable because of  your  wife's death, you are mentally unstable because  your plan  failed as you were exposed by your "employees"
I pray to my God for full  justice   and peace for the parents and rest of  Annie's  family. My heart goes out to you.

Staying on PG7

Accuser's Name :Koobashan Naicker
Profession  : Lawyer
Killed: Carmen Hunter (19) Conner Bell ( 8) and his mom Gillian (32)
Magistrate's Name: Anita  Govender

Once again where is the justice in this country?  What message are our courts sending out?
If you are a government  member, a lawyer,  or a well to do person. you can do as you like. Kill  innocent people because of  drinking and driving, you can assault , kick down doors of an establishment   and go out on bail of
 R10 000.00 ?!
He has been caught red handed  violating his bail condition that he must not drive or speed , In March he was caught driving a school bus and  caught on camera  not just driving but speeding?!.. as a founder of South Africans Against Drunk Driving Mr Caro Smith said "The law states that a person that is waiting trial and is out on bail on certain conditions must comply  with these conditions ; otherwise his bail  must be revoked and he must be taken into custody until his case is finalised"  Why then is he still running free?   Where are the constitutional  rights of the families of those three innocent people he killed?
Where is our constitutional rights to feel safe on the roads and safe in our homes and when out on daily  outings?

All I am asking as a South African Citizen that pays my taxes, is for the  high powers of a once beautiful country of ours to have the following credentials:
Honesty
Integrity
Loyalty
Law Abiding
Last but not least RESPECT

Now for other not so trivial  news but just as interesting
Woolworths  one page article on the Sunday Tribune stating it is incorrect to believe they do not employ whites.
I can only ask this question. How many white cashiers or tellers are there in the Musgrave branch? I go to that same branch almost on a daily basis and I have not seen one white cashier? maybe I will film it with my cell just to make a point.
I am not sure about the other branches, it will be interesting to have feed back from readers of this page concerning white cashiers.

The Daily Sun newspaper has been accused of plumbing new depths by publishing a report in which a man has blamed a 'gay tokoloshe' for his poor sex life with his wife.Last Friday's edition of the newspaper featured an article titled Terror of the Gay Tokoloshe.

A tokoloshe is a mythical African dwarf-like creature or evil spirit that causes trouble for people and often appears at night.
In the article, 51-year-old Issac Malope from Mpumalanga claims that for the last 15 years he has been raped nightly in bed by the tokoloshe.
"Every night he comes between me and my wife and rapes me over and over. When he leaves, I no longer have energy for my wife and even if I try to get an erection, nothing happens," Malope was quoted as saying.
He explained that he has spent over R200,000 on sangomas and healers in an effort to solve the problem, but to no avail.
"I am appealing to anyone who can help to save my marriage," Malope said. His dutiful wife, Constance Mazibuko, added: "I know it's not his fault and as his wife I have to support him."The article was accompanied by an offensive illustration of a short bearded creature sporting limp wrists, a mini-skirt, painted nails and high heels.
Xander Flemming, the Health Manager at OUT LGBT Well-being in Pretoria, said that the report was troubling.
“You have to respect African culture, but from a psychological perspective the story suggests that there is some pathology here,” he said.
Flemming noted that virility is hugely significant for most men and that Malope’s claims could be a way of explaining a sexual dysfunction of some kind. He questioned why the newspaper had not referred the man to a medical professional or asked for a medical perspective.
Flemming also warned of the stereotyping implicit in the report and the accompanying picture.
“Here we see homosexuality represented as an evil spirit and the cartoon draws on all kinds of stereotypes. With so many LGBT Africans under siege, this only serves to reinforce negative perceptions of gays and lesbians,” he said.
The Daily Sun is the biggest daily newspaper in South Africa, largely targeting working class people around the major urban centres. It has been credited with breaking through to this previously ignored growing audience with accessible but often outrageous news.
