I am not Anni Dewani's family but I get sick in my stomach when I hear all the excuses, Shrien's Lawyers are using to stop Mr Dewani from being extradited to South Africa to stand trial.
As is Anni's mom Nilam Hindocha was too ill to attend the hearing. Her father will never hold his daughter again.

1. Dewani is depressed and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and is in a a "secure mental hospital". there is a chance he might commit suicide"
2. Due to the rumours that he is gay he might be sexually assaulted and get infected with HIV.
3. He will not get a fair trial,
Lets go through each point.
1. He is not depressed because his wife was killed, he is depressed because he was caught and there is a huge chance that he will end up in jail.
He is not missing his pretty wife Anni,, he is only afraid for his future as a free man. The Tabloids quote "he is suffering from mental illness at a secure mental hospital" He is safe?!... his wife is buried under the ground, why should he be given any lenience for the crime he committed?!..
They worried he might commit suicide!... Whoop y Twang
2. Being sexually assaulted is nothing compared to what his wife went through and what her family will go through for the rest of their lives.
He should have thought about all this before organizing his wife's murder.
3. If he is so worried he will not get a fair trial in South Africa, why did he arrange for his wife to be killed in South Africa ?
Was he under the impression the South African Police were too incompetent to investigate the killing?
He was not counting on Zola Tongo the his taxi driver would turn state witness, expose him and the hit men Nziwamadoda Qwabe and Xolile Mngeni to avoid the maximum sentence, He got 18 years instead of 25.

Whatever the sentence he gets will never, ever compare to the pain and suffering he has caused to Anni, her Parents and Siblings.
There is a saying " There is no smoke without a fire" so the rumours that he is gay might be fact.
Another point I would like to make, in prison is that he does not have to be gay to be sexually assaulted, it is called sodomy. It happens in prisons all over the world.
I really hope and pray that Home Secretary of the UK Theresa May will make the right decision, and not make the same wrong decision she made when it came to the riots
